Exchange & Repair

All our products are handcrafted by Indian artisans, hence it might have slight irregularities which only add to its beauty.

We do not accept return or refund requests once An order Is placed. We only offer exchange under special circumstances, which can only be redeemed on NIRVIKAA Website. The exchange will be of the same product which u have ordered with a same New Pc.

Nirvikaa Accepts Exchanges Only If:

• The product(s) delivered is different from the original order.

• The product(s) delivered arrived damaged.

• The product has missing parts.

• The product has quality issues.

• Others

In such cases, customers need to initiate exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Post 7 days, no requests for exchange will be entertained.

Please Note:

• Customised orders and items on sale are not eligible for exchange.

• Promotional offers cannot be applied to Exchange orders

• No returns shall be accepted on products purchased from third-party websites or physical stores.

• Nirvikaa holds the right to accept or reject any exchange or repair request at its sole discretion.

Exchange Policy

• No exchange fee is charged if the customer faces any of the following:
  Damaged or Defective Product, Wrong Item Received, or Missing Parts in the order

Repair Policy – India

In case a jewellery piece is accidentally damaged by the customer, Nirvikaa Jewels will be happy to repair it for you.

• Nirvikaa Jewels come with a 1-Year warranty, where pieces will be repaired for free within 1 Year of delivery while a pickup & re-shipping fee of ₹500/- will be charged.

• If a repair request is raised after 1 Year, a ₹500/- pickup & re-shipping fee along with repair charges (as per actuals) will be applicable. These charges will be communicated after our team evaluates the scope of repair based on the image/video of the damage shared by the customer.

• A repair request can only be raised within 1 Year of delivery.

• No Repolish can be done in any case as it’s a handmade item n includes many process

Please Note:  Repairs are subjective to the design of the particular piece. When a request is raised, our support agents will let you know if the damage is repairable or not.

Steps To Follow For Exchange & Repair

• Our team will review and confirm if the request is approved.

• The product must be packed in the same packaging and sent to our billing address.

• Shipping / Reverse pick-up / Re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

• The repaired or exchanged piece will be re-shipped only after our Quality Check team inspects the original product.

No Refund Or Exchange

We do not offer refunds or returns once an order is placed. Exchanges are only applicable under specific conditions. The following are not eligible for exchange.

• Pre-orders & customised orders (These require full payment and cannot be exchanged or replaced.)

• Items purchased on Sale/ Promotional Offers

• Used products (Items must be in original, unused condition for any exchange)

• Minor colour and design variations due to display differences and the handcrafted nature of our products.

We are not responsible for delays due to natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances

Handle with care to preserve the beauty of your jewelry. Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals to prevent tarnishing or damage. Store in a dry, cool place, preferably in a jewelry box or pouch, to protect from scratches. Clean gently with a soft, lint-free cloth to maintain shine. Do not expose to extreme heat or sunlight for prolonged periods.

Our jewelry is 18k gold plated in Brass and produced using Hypoallergenic materials (which means it is Nickel and Lead-free), following the current International regulations.
